THE SOURCING TOOLBOX
Refund Policy
1. Digital guide only
This policy concerns the PDF sold by The Sourcing Toolbox. No physical product needs to be returned. A separate research-material purchase is governed by the supplier’s terms and applicable law.
2. Changing your mind
For a UK consumer distance purchase, a 14-day cancellation period generally begins when the digital-content contract is made. Contact us within that period if you wish to cancel and the right has not been lost.
3. Choosing an immediate download
Your cancellation right is lost only when digital supply starts after you expressly consent to supply during the cancellation period and acknowledge that this will end that right. Where immediate supply is offered, the consent and acknowledgement must be obtained and confirmed to you. Simply labelling an item ‘digital’ or ‘non-refundable’ does not replace this process.
4. If the file has a problem
If the PDF is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include correcting or replacing the file, or a price reduction or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain intact.
5. Missing download email
Check your inbox and junk folder, then email us with your order number and checkout email address. We can investigate file access and resend a link where appropriate. Please do not send full payment-card information.
6. How to request help or cancellation
Email support@thesourcingtoolbox.com with your name, order number or purchase date, and a clear description of your request. To cancel, an unambiguous statement that you wish to cancel your PDF purchase is sufficient; no special form is required.
7. Refund processing
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will refund within the legally required period, generally no later than 14 days after being told of a valid cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless another arrangement is expressly agreed, without a refund fee. Provider processing may affect when the credit appears.
