For questions about the PDF, download access, corrections or refund requests, email support@thesourcingtoolbox.com.
2. What to include
Include your order number and checkout email if you have purchased, together with a short description of the problem. For a file error, tell us which device or PDF reader you are using. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive health information.
3. Supplier orders
For supplier approval, product payments, tracking, delivery or testing questions, use the supplier’s own contact route. We publish the guide independently and cannot access or change a supplier account or order.
